Provide every participant with a personalized schedule containing the details of their appointments: location, time, date and the name of the person they are meeting. Updates and changes can be made and managed centrally by the organizers or by the participants themselves. Reminders can be set to notify participants that their appointment is about to begin. Post appointment, participants can report on the meeting. As an organizer, you will have access to summary reports on meeting performance and the detailed performance of individuals such as exhibitors, buyers, sellers, clients or prospects.
