Intense, specialized Q&A sessions with a large audience require structure and balance. In the senate version, the expert panel is joined on-stage by senators, each representing a different audience segment. Everyone can submit a question at any time. Our top-notch dashboard tools deliver a segment-specific question stream to each senator's iPad. The senators ask questions much faster and better than most participants could from the floor. That way, 5 questions get asked per minute instead of 1 question every five minutes. During the 60 minutes available the 60 most pressing questions will be discussed instead of 12 random ones, and 300 more will be saved for later review/on-line discussion rather than never being voiced at all.
