Base Service
The cost of the Spotme service is based on the number of Spotme devices required and the number of days that they will be used at the event (including the day of distribution and the recuperation day). This gives us the number of “participant days”. There is a “set-up” fee and a fee per “participant day”. Volume discounts ranging from 10% to 50% are offered on these fees depending on the total number of “participant days” ordered.
Equipment transport and insurance, staff travel, lodging and expenses, and any expenses incurred during network set up at the venue, and charges for any devices not returned are invoiced separately.
Add-on Services
In addition to the base service, there are several configurable options that are priced separately. These include audience response, personalized agenda, attendance monitoring, access control, one-to-one meetings, & RFID badge service.
Customization Services
Customize Spotme to your theme, brand and color schemes. Our interface designers match the Spotme handheld interface and the post event web site to the color scheme, logos, graphics, or theme of your meeting, product launch, conference, or internal event for an additional charge. Once interfaces are developed, they can be reused at all of your events without further charges.
