Conference Agenda Overview
Do you give participants a schedule-at-a-glance? Do participants build their schedule before the event or do they register for sessions on-site? Do they select from different learning streams or program tracks or do they select each session ŕ la carte?
Our Spotme solution provides several different approaches for communicating and managing the participant agenda. We load all of the detailed information from each session into the Spotme device.
Information like: Title, time, location, speaker, abstract, CEU credits earned, etc. Then we present the information as an agenda-at-a-glance. When participants select a session, we show the details of that session.

Personalized Agendas
For meetings and conferences where participants select sessions, Spotme can load those selections into personalized agendas. Once participants arrive on-site and receive their personalized Spotme device, the selections will be shown in their agenda.

Self-Registration for Sessions On-Site
It is normal to have several parallel breakout sessions. With Spotme, participants can review the group of sessions at a specific time and “register” for a session onsite. When a session is full, Spotme notifies the participant that he/she must select another session. If participants register for specific sessions, tracks, or learning streams in advance, we will load their selections in advance and provide them with a personalized agenda. In addition, Spotme provides a reminder that sessions are about to start.
Making My Own Appointments
All participants can arrange their own appointments with other participants using Spotme. This appointment maker tool allows participants to organize their own appointments around the conference sessions and manage one conference agenda. This appointment is sent to the recipient through Spotme. Then, the recipient of the meeting notice can accept, decline, or propose an alternative time for a meeting.
