Attendance Tracking Overview
Do you know who is attending your sessions? Are they the same people that you designed your education program for? Were they the same people that registered for those sessions? Do you need to keep track of attendance for CEU (continuing education units)?
Our Spotme solution allows you to quickly scan a participant’s Spotme device (or RFID badge) as they enter a room. The record of attendance is stored on the Spotme central server and an electronic “receipt” that the participant has attended a session can be provided on the participant’s Spotme.
For conferences that need to know the amount of time that a person was in the room, we can scan the participants as they both enter and exit the room. The time stamps of these enter and exit scans will be used to calculate the amount of time that a participant was in a session.
Attendance records are available for the organizer in real time on-site and in the post event reporting after the event.
