Would you like to provide your exhibitors a solution for lead retrieval that is integrated with Spotme?
Our Spotme solution makes it easy for exhibitors to collect, store, and retrieve business cards from the people that they meet. Leads can be collected from RFID badges or Spotme devices. In addition, exhibitors can make electronic notes on each lead using the Spotme keyboard.
After the meeting, the business cards, notes, and the participant photos that were collected will be sent to the exhibitors electronically. Participants will receive the contact information of exhibitors as well. All business cards automatically load into MS Outlook or other CRM systems – making it easy for participants to follow-up and continue building relationships with people after the conference or exhibition.
