Overview

The following photos provide an overview of the photo stations and the check-in process.

Photo station

The photo station has an adjustable camera and screen that can be “right-sized” to the correct height of the participant.  The station will show a reflection of the participant - much like a mirror.  Then, the staff person will take the photo of the participant.

 




 

Distributing the device, instruction card, and holster

After the photos are taken the participant will receive a personalized Spotme device with their contact information, photo, schedule, and any messages that they have received from the organizer OR other participants.

How many photo stations will you bring to my event?

We will bring the appropriate amount of photo stations to handle you’re the peak demand from your registration window.  Based on our experience, we have a standard number that are included (2 per 500 participants) in the contract.  However, for clients that have more unique requirements we can increase the number of photo stations. This change will be defined in the contract.

Do I need to allocate staff for operating the photo stations?

Yes, you will need to plan 1 hostess per photo station for the duration of the peak period. The Spotme staff will be available for training the hostesses and handling exceptions.
