Regional Account Manager, Europe
Position
Spotme is an innovative service with a 30kEUR+ price tag. Events are culmination points of a company’s conversation with its clients or executives. As an Account Manager, you will be holding a key position
within our organization and your enthusiasm and professionalism will be essential for developing our business. Working in a highly demanding environment, you will need to live up to the excellence and trustworthiness of the Spotme service: to close a deal, you must be able to accurately present Spotme and credibly promise and represent success. After closing a deal, you will regularly be joining our events
team onsite, taking responsibility for providing a positive experience to participants and delivering a service that exceeds the clients’ expectations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Generating new leads and retaining current customers
- Managing an excellent relationship with clients
- Presenting and pitching our product to prospects
- Defining customer needs, establishing offers and closing contracts
- Helping develop content for marketing and support material
- Joining the onsite Spotme event team to deliver our service to highly demanding clients throughout EU/Asia/US
- Reports to the CEO of Shockfish SA
Qualifications and experience
- Can build trust in a high stakes, high-risk environment
- Precise and efficient oral and written communicator
- Perceptive: good listener, knows how to let the customer speak
- Technology savvy
- Good with numbers
- Ability to quickly identify customer’s needs and how to meet those needs with Spotme’s existing capabilities
- Experience selling innovative services worth 10kEUR+ or comparable commercial experience
- Experience in the meetings and events industry
- Fluency in English. German and/or French are a plus
- Experience in one of our target markets: France (Paris), Benelux or Germany
