Doctors’ schedules are notoriously overloaded and investing 10 hours solely for traveling to a national conference is often not an option. Our client, a leading European pharmaceutical firm, did not want to compromise on attendance numbers and made a bold statement: if participants don’t have time to come to us, we will come to them. This radical vision expanded into a single-day, nationwide meeting, occuring simultaneously across 12 cities ("pods" in hybrid parlance) connected by a videoconference link. With travel time to any local pod reduced to a maximum of 2 hours, attendance targets could easily be reached.
SpotMe provided a seamless interactive experience to all participants, delivering real-time voting, Q&A and networking, as if the participants from Bordeaux were in the same room as their peers from Paris.
