Headquarter Inauguration with SpotMe

During the inauguration of its new headquarters in Paris, an industry leader gathered over 800 of its staff members from all over France.

Using SpotMe, they were able to create an environment that accelerated networking and streamlined the sharing of best practices.  In addition, participants had the opportunity to post their wishes for the new year.  Those wishes were then brought to life in the form of a word cloud prominently displayed in the lobby for all to see. Over 500 wishes were submitted!

6000+  business card exchanges were made during the event.  The connections were mapped and visualized in an amazing SpotMe Connections Wall, also displayed in the building's lobby.

Yet another successful event that SpotMe technology assisted in bringing to the next level.
