A leading French energy management company organized their yearly leadership forum to launch a new program.
An exhibition encouraged participants to interact in different ways:
- Salesforce Chatter Feature: SpotMe was linked to an internal chatter group and was fed live by the leaders and displayed on their SpotMe, on the web and screens around the exhibition.
- Contribution: Each delegate, wherever he/she was from, had the opportunity to contribute to the new company program by simply posting his/her commitments from their SpotMe. The contribution and the origin were displayed on the exhibition screens.
- Collect presentations: Thanks to their SpotMe, delegates collected the presentations of each booth/stand directly to their briefcase. Each collected presentation were available on the SpotMe post-event website.
The event was a great success in terms of participant engagement. There were more than 200 chatter posts and contributions and more than 5000 business card exchanges over 600 participants.
