More than 2,400 Opel dealers were invited over the course of 4 weeks to be part of the product launch of the Opel brands Combo, Zafira, Ampera, and GTC.
The locations alone were special: one was a manufacturing facility over 100 years old in Rüsselsheim and the huge Opel testing grounds in Dudenhofen, Germany.
The participants could prove their knowledge about the new brands in one of the many training sessions. Thanks to SpotMe, trainers could communicate with the participants interactively and the driving behavior of the cars during the many test drives could be immediately questioned using RFID technology. This enabled Opel to evaluate the comprehensive material of data on the test tracks and to integrate the results into the development of their brands.
