Railroad Company - New Employees Convention

Bi-Annually, this french railroad company organizes a convention for all its new employees.
The aim of the event is to help these employees create their own network within the company, and to help them understand the key facts and figures of the group.

After two succesful past events with SpotMe, they were excited at the prospect of using our new app on our iPod touch devices.

In collaboration with the client, we developped a knowledge-sharing-based game for which participants had to answer surveys in order for their team to win a donation for an Association.
Questions were either launched by our messaging system or through the scanning of QR codes displayed in an exhibition area.

At the end of the two days, the CEO launched an informal Q&A session using SpotMe and we received 485 questions in less than an hour.

Over the two days there were 6,500 business cards exchanged and over 4,000 QR Code scans.

Needless to say, the client was impressed with the level of engagement attained, and we are now working on the November session.
