VHA Fields Over 60 Questions with SpotMe

iPad Moderator App
At a recent conference for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, SpotMe was used to provide up-to-date agendas, session feedback, live polling, as well as networking features.  As the Veterans Health Administration begins to deploy Realtime Location Systems to track equipment and critical assets at its hospitals, SpotMe fielded over 60 questions from regional leaders about the technology, how it would be deployed, and its impact on their staff and processes.  The moderator for the panel used SpotMe's iPad Q&A App to view the incoming questions and ask them on behalf of the submitter.

Questions that were not able to be addressed during the session due to time constraints were followed up with directly after the conference on an internal website, ensuring that no question was lost and concerns were listened to.
