Participant information is absolutely crucial to both you and your participants (or delegates or attendees). It lets you tailor the event experience to fit each individual and lets them take advantage of the digital networking and interaction opportunities available. Finally, with personalized event app activations you can track your download rate and communicate with them more effectively.
Favorites & Note Taking
Your participants can bookmark any favorites form their in-app event experience with the briefcase feature. Here you can go truly paperless and digitize all your event content in your event app, as participants can take notes on any item and save information for direct delivery after the event.
With live slides they can even follow along with slides onscreen and take notes directly in their presentations on their smartphones and tablets. Attendees can take notes directly on PDF documents in the app or general notes from the notes menu item. After the event is over, attendees will receive all of their notes through the post-event briefcase.
After the event is over, attendees will receive their personalized post-event briefcase complete with everything they need to capture the event. They’ll have their business card contacts which are downloadable as excel or vCard, their slide notes, their favorites, and any other critical post event documents you include for their added benefit.

With the SpotMe mobile event app you share most common media formats with your participants directly through your app. There are multiple accessibility and download settings available, giving you several data-sharing options. You can tie them to a specific session, vendor, or menu item, granting your attendees access to valuable content they can take home electronically.
Visual Venue Maps & Photo Galleries
Give your participants a visual of their experience by integrating these interactive features. The venue maps gives an overview of every location within your venue including breakout sessions and showcase floor diagrams. The photo gallery provides attendees the opportunity to share their experience by capturing pictures throughout the meeting or event and posting them to the photo gallery. All managed by a moderation tool, you can choose how your attendees experiences are guided, captured and shared.
