We know connectivity is a challenge at many event locations. Your event app is available as a native iOS and android app, which means that once your participants have installed it, they no longer require an Internet connection to access data such as their personalized agendas, speaker bios, documents and presentations or to exchange digital business cards.
A wireless local connection is still required to use interactive and networking tools like voting, tag clouds and messaging.

To expand upon your event theme and branding, you can choose to have SpotMe’s designer brand your event maps to match the event theme. Maps can also be clickable and interactive to better guide and direct participants.
SpotMe provides training and unfettered access to internal team resources. Training consists of two 2-hour sessions for as many of your staff per session as needed. In order to have access to Backstage and to be successful in managing and building events, we strongly recommend your staff go through training.
