Manage event app logistics
easily with mobile technology
Your event app is a sophisticated mobile software platform that lets you manage different events, hundreds of participants, interactive sessions, messaging and more from a dedicated, branded container app.
Each individual event is housed as content of your perpetual app. Each is distinct, with its own speakers, participants, sessions, documents and more. Your app can hold as few, or as many, events as you like—saving you the hassle of publishing and republishing your apps.
Use your perpetual SpotMe app for events, education, training, internal communication, content delivery, member services and more throughout the year to maximize your investment and mobile footprint.
Backstage is your content and event app management system. Whether you run your event self-service or we run it for you, Backstage underpins every SpotMe event and provides unparalleled opportunities for moderating your event and managing your app data. You can access it with any modern browser from either your desktop or a tablet.
Simple to Use – Build your event app in just minutes with Backstage then populate it with your event data, importing directly from Microsoft Excel.
Data Integration – Integrate your event app with a registration system to send invitations, reminders and follow-ups to your participants directly from Backstage. Meanwhile, keep track of your event app live in Backstage.
Power Your Interaction – Enhance your events with maps, presentations, votes, questionnaires and case studies, then run your interactive sessions.
We know connectivity is a challenge at many event locations. Your event app is available as a native iOS and android app, which means that once your participants have installed it, they no longer require an Internet connection to access data such as their personalized agendas, speaker bios, documents and presentations or to exchange digital business cards.
A wireless local connection is still required to use interactive and networking tools like voting, tag clouds and messaging.
Thanks to our huge stock of rental devices you can ensure that everyone can participate at your events—whether they own a compatible device or not.
Some clients choose to provide devices for all attendees depending upon the audience and type of event. Other clients provide devices for a small percentage of their audience as needed. SpotMe also owns powerful printers for badge creation and onsite servers to support larger events.
With a SpotMe on-site server you gain speed, reliability and security. Response times for interactive tools are as much as a hundred-fold faster and the available bandwidth more than a thousand times greater.
Whether your venue has a working internet connection or not, all your event app tools and all your data stay available and live. With constant event data synchronization and a secure dedicated Wi-Fi network we keep your event data backed-up and safe.
With our Backstage event and content management system you can send push messages and updates to individual participants, groups or your whole list — either preset or live — so you can respond to changes as they happen.
Need to send a message to mobilize staff? Use the app. Want to send a special message to VIPs? The app can do that too. Every participant type can have it’s own custom communication strategy to suit the needs of all of your events.
Whether you’re using event software or spreadsheets for registration, you want a reliable way to move your data into and out of your event app. That’s why your app comes with advanced import/export tools and APIs for most of the major event management platforms and registration system providers, including Cvent and etouches, and popular social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter and Salesforce Chatter.
Empower your Remote Audience
SpotMe has pioneered engagement tools that can be now easily used in virtual and hybrid meetings, bringing the full SpotMe experience to everyone, no matter where they are located.
While tuned-in to a webcast, participants can freely continue to use the Web App, including all of its interactive features such as voting, Q&A and many others.
