Session Registration, Tracking & Badge Printing
With our Backstage Administrative Interface, SpotMe can integrate with your registration platform to pull in attendees data for a streamlined registration process. This is a great option for larger events or events with personalized agendas. With the ability to access any pre-registered sessions or fee-based sessions, you can also enable in-app registration for individual sessions or new participants.
As a means to ease the process, we have the ability to provide access control with capacity and waitlist management. If you don’t have enough staff to man the doors, we can also provide session tracking through PIN codes, in which attendees enter the PIN code for each session. Attendees can receive a certificate of attendance, including all session credits, in the post-event briefcase.
SpotMe can also manage your onsite badge printing and the ordering of your badge stock and holders. From the app, we can check attendees in and instantly print their badges upon arrival. This way event organizers can instantly know how many attendees have checked in and keep track of the event as it unfolds.
Interactive Maps with Exhibitor Lists
Our mapping feature lets your participants know what sessions are happening where. SpotMe prepares them for each of your events to optimize the display on a mobile device and to associate each session with a corresponding map point.
By uploading a PDF of the venue/hotel, you can plot your sessions to specific meeting rooms, giving your participants a picture perfect guide for your event.
For above and beyond participant interaction, attendees can even track which exhibit booths they’ve visited and control which promotional items they want to save for later.
